18 of 23: David Letterman and wife Regina Lasko had their relationship of nearly 25 years on the rocks when allegations were made that the CBS talk show host was involved in an affair with various female staffers.

In late 2009, someone tried to extort him by threatening to reveal details regarding alleged sexual relationships with female employees, according to US Weekly.

Letterman came clean about his infidelity on his show, and later issued a public apology to Lasko. The pair have one child together, Harry Joseph Letterman.

The pair has since been working on repairing their relationship.
