After 'The Blair Witch Project' was released in 1999, Heather Donahue nabbed roles in several small films such as 'Boys and Girls' and 'New Suit.' She also appeared on episodes of shows such as the horror series 'The Outer Limits' and 'It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia' and had a recurring role played the recurring role of Mary Crawford in the 2002 mini-series 'Taken.' Donahue's last on-screen part was in the R-rated 2008 horror film 'The Morgue.
When she was 34, she quit acting and grew marijuana for a year. Donahue, who turns 37 on Dec. 22, 2011, documented her experience in her new book, 'Growgirl: How My Life After 'The Blair Witch Project' Went to Pot,' which is set to be released on Jan. 5, 2012. The cover features Donahue appearing topless and covered by a cannabis plant.
