3 of 21: This photo taken on Sept. 23, 2013, shows a sign for Kurt Cobain Landing, a tiny park blocks from the childhood home of the late frontman of Nirvana, overlooking the Wishkah River in Aberdeen, Washington. Cobain's mother is putting the family's tired, 1.5-story Aberdeen bungalow, where Cobain spent many of his childhood years, on the market this week, the same month as the 20th anniversary of Nirvana's final studio album. The home, last assessed at less than $67,000, is being listed for $500,000, but the family would also be happy entering into a partnership with anyone who wants to turn it into a museum.
