Manoff played Marty in the film at age 24 and has gone on to have major roles in television series like 'Soap' and 'Empty Nest.'

She won a Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actress in a Play for her role in 'I Ought to Be in Pictures' in 1980.

In 1990 she co-starred alongside Winona Ryder and Jeff Daniels in 'Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael' and also had television appearances in 'Touched by an Angel,' 'Cybill,' and directed an episode of 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch.'

In 2001 to 2002 she co-starred in the television series 'State of Grace.'

Manoff married Aurthur Mortell in 1997 and has three sons, Dashei and twins Oliver and Desi.
