Adele gives a sweet and snarky speech for her 'Skyfall' win
New mom Adele nabbed the Golden Globe award for Best Original Song - Motion Picture for 'Skyfall,' the title theme from the James Bond film of the same name. After getting a high-five from Daniel Craig, Adele got up and delivered a sweet and a little bit snarky speech.
'Oh my god,' the singer said repeatedly. 'Honestly I've come out for a night out with my friend Ida. We're new mums. We've literally come for a night out. I was not expecting this. Thank you so much!'
'I'd like to thank the Hollywood Foreign Press ... I'd never thought I'd say that,' she quipped.
