Emily Blunt earned a 2013 Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical for her role in the film 'Salmon Fishing in the Yemen,' which is also nominated for Best Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical.
Blunt plays a representative of a sheik, played by Amr Waked, who hires a British fisheries expert, portrayed by Ewan McGregor plays, in a bid to help introduce salmon fishing to his people.
'I'm so incredibly thankful to the Hollywood Foreign Press for recognizing our little movie that could,' Blunt said in a statement. 'Ewan and the entire cast and crew could not be more deserving of this honor, and I'm thrilled that I'm able to share this moment among such a fantastic group of nominees.'
This is Blunt's fourth nomination. She has won one Golden Globe -- for her role in the 2005 British TV mini-series 'Gideon's Daughter.'
