Sofia Vergara received a Golden Globe nomination for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her role as saucy Gloria in the ABC comedy series "Modern Family".
The Colombian actress said in a statement: "I'm so honored to be nominated for a Golden Globe. Working on 'Modern Family' is truly the best job and to be recognized for my work is such a gift.""
