Jack Wagner of 'Melrose Place,' 'The Bold and the Beautiful' and 'General Hospital' fame will dance with Anna Trebunskaya in season 14 of 'Dancing With The Stars.'
'@JackWagnerhpk Now we have to come up with a name for our team. What about TeamJack'n'Anna?' Trebunskaya Tweeted on Feb. 28, 2012, after the cast was announced on the ABC show 'Good Morning America.'
Wagner said on his Twitter page: 'Its official DWTSTARS have started rehearsals and loving it..I,ll keep you posted.'
Wagner, a 52-year-old native of Missouri, was once engaged to his 'Melrose Place' co-star Heather Locklear. It was confirmed in November that they no longer planned to wed.
On the primetime drama series 'Melrose Place,' which ran between 1992 and 1999, Locklear and Wagner played on-again, off-again couple Amanda Woodward, a ruthless advertising executive, and Peter Burns, a doctor. Locklear reprised her role in a short-lived remake in 2010. Wagner currently plays Nick Marone on the CBS daytime soap opera 'The Bold and the Beautiful.'
This is not the first time Wagner became engaged to an on-screen love interest.
In the 1980s and early 1990s, he and his first wife, Kristina Wagner, starred together on ABC soap opera 'General Hospital,' playing power couple Andrew 'Frisco' Jones and Felicia Cummings. The actors wed in real life in 1993 and divorced in 2006. They have two sons.
