78 of 80: Jason Bateman began his acting career around the age of 11 playing James Cooper Ingalls in the TV drama 'Little House on the Prairie' in 1981. He enjoyed teen idol status throughout the 1980's with a role on the show 'Valerie', also called 'The Hogan Family'. In 1987, he took over Michael J. Fox's old role to play the main character in the movie 'Teen Wolf Too'.

After years of playing small roles, Bateman was cast to star in the quirky sitcom 'Arrested Development', now a cult series. The show ran from 2003 to 2006. He was later cast in films such as 'Juno' in 2007, 'Up in the Air' in 2009 and 'The Switch' with Jennifer Aniston, which was released in August 2010. (National Broadcasting company 1982)
