Macaulay Culkin rose to fame in the early 1990s when he starred in the John Candy movie 'Uncle Buck' and played Kevin McCallister in two 'Home Alone' movies. Millions of people imitated his character's iconic pose that featured him covering his face and yelling 'AAAAAHHH!'.
The movies were big hits and paved the way for roles such as the charming drama film 'My Girl', in which he played the best friend of a angsty girl, and in contrast, 'The Good Son' in 1993, which saw him playing a malevolent child alongside Elijah Wood.
Culkin played a rich kid with a heart of gold in the 1994 comedy 'Ri¢hie Ri¢h' and later voiced several characters in the animated series 'Robot Chicken'. In 2009, he played Andrew Cross in the series 'Kings' and will reportedly star in a military-themed comedy film called 'Service Man' in 2011. In 2010, he attended the Academy Awards to pay tribute to the late John Hughes, who wrote 'Uncle Buck' and the 'Home Alone' movies.
