The final week of February 2011, Sheen went on a media blitz. He had 'interview specials' with TMZ, Piers Morgan's CNN talker, 'Good Morning America,' the 'Today' show, '20/20.' Howard Stern and many more outlets. Sheen attacked CBS, Warner Bros., John Stamos, and made many often-outrageous comments throughout his interviews. On Stamos reportedly taking Sheen's place on 'Two and a Half Men,' Sheen told Piers Morgan, 'If you guys do that, you deserve everything that happens later. Sorry John, you're a lovely man, but you got on me on Howard Stern, bro and I don't forget anything.'

The same day Piers Morgan conducted Sheen's interview, Sheen's publicist, Stan Rosenfield, quit. Asked about Rosenfield's departure, Sheen responded with, 'His feelings are coming from his ego and from his emotions, and I don't have time for either one right now because we're fighting a war.'
