8 of 78: Josh Brolin appears in a booking photo provided by the Santa Monica Police Department in California. He was arrested on Jan. 1, 2013 on suspicion of misdemeanor public intoxication. He was jailed for about four hours and then released after posting a $250 bond. He has not commented about the incident.
