32 of 78: Jaime Pressly of 'My Name Is Earl' was arrested in Los Angeles in January 2011 on suspicion of drunk driving and spent a night in jail. She pleaded not guilty to two DUI charges a month later.

At a hearing on Aug. 25, 2011, Pressly pleaded no contest to one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood-alcohol .08 percent or higher as part of a plea deal, in which the additional DUI charge was dismissed, Los Angeles court officials told OnTheRedCarpet.com.

She was sentenced to three years of summary probation, a type that is often issued in misdemeanor cases and which does not carry the obligation of reporting to a probation officer. The actress had faced a potential 6-month jail sentence for her initial DUI charges.
