22 of 78: Michael Madsen, 54, will not face charges on child cruelty stemming from his arrest on March 9, after a fight with his teenage son.

Prosecutors in Malibu, California said there was insufficient evidence to file charges against the 'Kill Bill' actor, according to the Associated Press. A prosecutor rejected filing a misdemeanor cruelty to a child charge on March 14.

Madsen was arrested at 2:15 p.m. in Malibu, California on March 9. Patrol deputies were called to a Malibu residence by a report of a family disturbance. Madsen apparently appeared under the influence of alcohol, according to the department, and allegedly got into a physical altercation with his teenage son.

Madsen was arrested and booked at the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station and was held on $100,000 bail, until his release on March10. The department said medical attention was not necessary for Madsen's son.

Madsen is best known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino movies like 'Reservoir Dogs' and 'Kill Bill.'
