7 of 52: On December 13, 2010 representatives for 'Dexter' stars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter confirmed reports that the couple is getting a divorce and that the two have 'been separated for some time.'

The two married on Dec. 31, 2008. Hall recently completed treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma earlier in the year.

39-year-old Hall and 31-year-old Carpenter play brother and sister Dexter and Debra Morgan on the popular Showtime series. The show, which aired its fifth season finale on Sunday, has been renewed for a sixth season. ( Photo / Showtime)
