Celebrity divorces, breakups of 2013 / 2012

36 of 149: Martin Lawrence and his second wife, Shamicka Gibbs, announced on April 24, 2012 that they plan to end their almost 2-year marriage. He filed for divorce the next day.

The comedian and actor and Gibbs wed in Beverly Hills, California in July 2010. They have two daughters together - Amara and Iyanna, while Lawrence has another teenage daughter with his first wife. While his marriage to Gibbs was short-lived, the two were together for 15 years prior to tying the knot.
