122 of 192: Steve Franken, an actor who portrayed rich kid Chatsworth Osborne, Jr. in the CBS comedy series in 'The Many Lives of Dobie Gillis,' has died at age 80.

The character actor died on Friday, August 24 in Los Angeles, Calif. of cancer, his wife Jean told the Associated Press.

Franken also guest-starred on series like 'Bewitched,' 'Seinfeld,' 'ER,' 'Murphy Brown' and 'The King of Queens.'

Franken was born in Queens, New York in 1932 and is survived by his second wife Jean and their daughter Anne and two daughters from his first marriage to Julia Carter - Emily Franken and Abigail Glass. The actor was the second cousin of Minnesota senator and humorist Al Franken.
