40 of 46: Lindsay Lohan, 24, had a promising career which was interupted in 2007 after two DUI arrests and three visits to Promises Treatment Center. For the past 3-years, Lohan has dealt with legal troubles and has been to prison and various rehabilitation facilities after violating her parole when her SCRAM monitoring device went off.
