Amy Winehouse, known for the song 'Rehab,' battled drug and alcohol addictions for years. She died at age 27 in 2011.
Between 2006 and 2009, Winehouse appeared drunk at concerts, engaged in violent club confrontations and gradually lost weight. She was rushed to the hospital in 2007 after a drug overdose. She checked into a rehab clinic in January 2008 after the release of an online video that allegedly showed her smoking crack cocaine. Her love life took a turn for the worse as well. Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage.
Winehouse said in 2010 she has not done drugs in three years and planned a music comeback. She was set to tour in 2011 and played several shows but canceled a European tour after spending a few days in rehab. She was found dead at her London home on Jule 23, 2011. A coroner ruled on Oct. 26, 2011 that the singer died of alcohol poisoning.
