22 of 46: Andy Dick has struggled with substance abuse for years. He checked into a rehab center in 2008 and appeared on a spin-off of the reality show 'Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew' called 'Sober House' in 2009. On May 2, 2011, he was arrested in CA on suspicion of disorderly conduct involving drugs and alcohol. That day, his Twitter description read: 'Sometimes sober. sometimes not. get off my back already!'
