Kelsey Grammer donated at least $9,300 to Republican causes, including the presidential campaigns of John McCain, George W. Bush and Rudy Giuliani, between 2004 and 2010.
The actor, star of the long-running sitcoms 'Cheers' and 'Frasier' and the Starz series 'Boss,' has also said he may run for office himself in the future.
'For years, people have been publishing that I actually have declared that I would be interested in serving in the political scene, somewhere, somehow, some day,' Grammer told OnTheRedCarpet.com in October 2011. 'That remains true. I just don't know what it might be or what capacity. It won't happen until I've decided I'm going to quit being an actor.'
