One of the original Queens of Controversy, Omarosa Manigaul-Stallworth, most notably known as Omarosa, helped turn Donald Trump's NBC Reality TV series 'The Apprentice' into a major hit in its first season in 2004. She stayed on the show up until 2008. One notable contestant on the show she constantly insulted was Bethenney Frankel in 2005 with accusations such as Frankel undergoing a post-baby tummy tuck and claiming that her husband was gay.

One competitor told Omarosa that being a (explicit) is a problem she will have to deal with for the rest of her life. Omarosa later appeared on other reality shows such as 'The Great Debate,' where she no doubt created more enemies. She knows how to make good TV, whether it's arguing with Janice Dickinson on 'The Surreal Life' or attacking Piers Morgan's parenting skills on 'Celebrity Apprentice.' Omarosa is the only person Trump has fired twice!
