104 of 108: Tim Taylor's witty co-host on 'Tool Time' and the brunt of most of his jokes was Al Borland, played by Richard Karn. When the show went off air in 1999, Karn did not see much of a career. He starred in a few children's movies such as 'Air Bud: Seventh Inning Fetch' and 'Air Buddies.' From 2002 to 2006, he replaced Louie Anderson as the host of 'Family Feud.' In 2009, Karn's had a recurring role in the television series, 'Ctrl.' As of 2010, he has been working on a comedy titled 'Poolboy: Drowning Out the Fury' starring Kevin Sorbo.

He married actress Tudi Roche, who made a few appearances on 'Home Improvement' as Jill's sister, in 1985. They have a son, Cooper Karn Wilson, born in 1992. ( Photo / Touchstone Television/SXM)
