15 of 16: In August 2010, 'The Proposal' star Sandra Bullock was granted a three-year restraining order against Thomas James Weldon - a man who has been stalking the actress since at least 2003.

Weldon traveled across the country after being released from a 7-year stint in a mental hospital in Tennessee in 2009, to try and meet the Oscar-winning actress at one of her homes in Wyoming. He was subsequently committed to a Wyoming mental hospital indefinitely.
