Ashley Judd might come across as a kind-hearted do-gooder, but the actress said she got riled up reading the script for her new film "Dolphin Tale" and was angry with the screenwriters.
"I don't know if the other actors knew that Winter was a real dolphin and that the script was based on a true story -- I did not," Judd said in an interview provided by Warner Bros. Pictures. "So it made for a very unique process of discovery where I went from crying and being incredibly moved to being slightly indignant because the screenplay writers had such audacity to create such profoundly sentimental themes and to manipulate my emotions and that they should just be shot for having no respect to all of a sudden it dawning on me that it was actually a true story and I was pretty blown away."

On the set she met Mark Consuelos, who played her on-screen love interest Mateo, in 1995. The two married in 1996 and are parents to sons Michael, 13, and Joaquin, 8 and daughter Lola, 9.

Monday's season 9 premiere of the CBS comedy series "Two and a Half Men," which featured the debut of Ashton Kutcher following Charlie Sheen's firing, was watched by 28.7 million viewers and earned ratings twice as high as last year's first episode.
The premiere earned a 10.7 rating among the coveted demographic of people aged 18 to 49, adusted ratings showed on Tuesday. The first episode of season 8 garnered a 4.9 rating. The ninth season of "Two and a Half Men" won the 9 p.m. time slot for CBS on Monday night.

David Arquette says competing in "Dancing with the Stars"' with partner Kym Johnson is "beautiful" and truly makes him happy.
The 40-year-old actor and movie producer and Johnson, 35, received 18 out of 30 from the judges for their Viennese Waltz on the season 13 premiere of ABC's hit celebrity ballroom dancing series (read recap). The pair ended with a score that placed them safely in the middle of the competition.
