Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband, Frederic Prinz Von Anhalt, and her daughter, Francesca Hilton, are trying to settle a legal battle over the actress' conservatorship out of court.

The two plan to meet with a retired probate judge in June, the Associated Press reported. Both parties are demanding control over the 95-year-old actress' financial affairs and medical care. In March, Hilton's attorney filed a claim at a city court requesting that an independent conservator handle Gabor's affairs, rather than Von Anhalt, her longtime caretaker.

The actress, who cannot walk or eat solid food, remained behind closed doors and did not appear before the scores of journalists who were invited to the event. Gabor's daughter was also a no-show.

Zsa Zsa Gabor, 94, was rushed to a Los Angeles medical center on Wednesday, November 9, in what will mark the latest in a series of hospitalizations for the ailing Hollywood icon, who has suffered several serious health issues for more than a year.

The actress' spokesperson said a doctor had arrived to her and husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt's home to treat her after a feeding tube came out of her stomach. An ambulance was called and she was taken to UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center.

Zsa Zsa Gabor was rushed to the hospital on Saturday, October 8 after her husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt found her unconscious, her spokesperson confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com.

The 94-year-old actress was taken by an ambulance from her Bel Air mansion to UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center. As of 12:30 p.m. PT, Gabor was in the Emergency Room.

Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor, has been hospitalized after he was hit by a car in Beverly Hills, his spokesperson says.

The incident occurred on Friday, September 2. Von Anhalt, 68, was struck by the vehicle as it was exiting an underground parking garage of a bank, a spokesperson for the family told OnTheRedCarpet.com, adding: "He thinks he has a broken leg. His hand was all bloodied. He said he had difficulty moving his hand and that his fingers were all bent."

Zsa Zsa Gabor has been in and out hospitals for the past year but on Sunday, August 14, 2011 she found a reason to celebrate.

Gabor, 94, and her husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt, 68, held a 25th wedding anniversary party for close friends to commemorate their marriage. The couple wed on August 14, 1986.
