Wendy Williams talks 'bittersweet' 'Dancing With The Stars' elimination

04/05/2011 by Kristina Lopez

Wendy Williams is clear that she is a busy woman. With a talk show, radio show, several other television projects and a family to manage, it's anyone's guess how she was able to add "Dancing With The Stars" to her growing list of responsibilities. Warning: Spoiler alert!

Maybe it was all the juggling that led her to have less than stellar performances during her three-week run on the show. On Monday night, Williams and her partner Tony Dovolani came in last for their Fox Trot with a 15 out of 30. On Tuesday's elimination show, the pair was given the boot.

"This is a busy woman," Dovolani told OnTheRedCarpet.com after Tuesday's elimination. "She's got so much going on. But I will say this, we laughed a lot."

"It was a lot of fun," he added.

Williams, who is known for her outspoken personality featured on her talk and radio shows, says that her experience on the reality was a big test for her. "'Dancing With The Stars' is something that tested my attitude quite a bit," Williams said. "It's not easy to be judged for something you've never claimed to be good at and get scores that you don't feel as though you deserve.

"But by the same token, tonight is bittersweet for me," Williams said about her elimination. "It's bitter because nobody likes to get cut. It's sweet because I get back to my gorgeous son, my supportive husband, my -- my wonderful staff of "The Wendy Show" and the business of running Wendy."

She adds, "This was wonderful but i go home gracefully tonight and tomorrow live to see another day."
