"The Vampire Diaries," "Gossip Girl," "90210," "Supernatural" and Tyra Banks' reality show "America's Next Top Model" have been renewed for new seasons, the CW network announced on Tuesday, April 26.

The programs will return in the fall of 2011. Meanwhile, some of the CW's other shows, namely "Nikita," "Hellcats" and "One Tree Hill," face possible cancellation.

Decisions regarding the fates of the network's other programs will be made closer to the date of its 2011 Upfront Presentation on May 19, a CW spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com.

"The Vampire Diaries," the CW's most-watched show with an average of 4 million viewers, has received a third season while "Gossip Girl," which stars Leighton Meester and Blake Lively as members of Manhattan's young "elite," will return for season 5 and "Supernatural" for season 7.

"90210," a remake of the 1990s drama series, will get a fourth season, which sees its cast members head off to college. In February, Lori Loughlin, a former "Full House" actress who played patriarch Debbie Wilson, confirmed she was leaving the show. Ryan Eggold, who plays the teacher of her character's children and her love interest, will not return for the new season either.

"America's Next Top Model" will be featured on both cycles next season, starting in the fall with the show's first All-Star Edition, which will feature models "who became breakout characters and who had the most memorable stories from past cycles," the CW said.
