Alright, so after weeks of rumors and speculation, here's the official plan for "The Voice."

Original coaches Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green WILL return to the NBC singing contest series for season 5 this fall, as scheduled, NBC announced in a statement obtained by OTRC.com on Friday, May 17.

Christina Aguilera will return for season 5 of NBC's "The Voice" as previously planned, a report says, adding that CeeLo Green, another original show coach, is still in negotiations to return to the singing contest series.

An NBC rep had no immediate comment and the two have also not addressed the issue publicly. USA Today, which carried the report, also added that it is unclear what the coach line-up will be like when the show returns this fall.

The 2012 American Music Awards (AMAs) ceremony, which marks its 40th anniversary this year, airs live on ABC at 8 p.m. ET from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles on November 18.

The nominations for the 2012 American Music Awards (AMAs) ceremony, which marks its 40th anniversary this year, have been revealed.

Rihanna and Nicki Minaj lead the pack with four individual nods, while Justin Bieber, his mentor Usher, Maroon 5, Drake and the group One Director each earned three nominations. Other nominees include Rihanna's ex Chris Brown, Carrie Underwood, Katy Perry and Pitbull. This year's ceremony also features a new category - Electronic Dance Music. Grammy winners Celine Dion, Jennifer Hudson, Usher, CeCe Winans, Yolanda Adams are among the stars who sing to honor the late Whitney Houston in a tribute performance event called "We Will Always Love You: A GRAMMY Salute To Whitney Houston."

The ceremony airs on Friday, November 16, at 10 p.m. ET on CBS and was taped in October at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles. Other celebrity guests include actresses Halle Berry and Taraji P. Henson as well as singer Britney Spears, another Grammy winner.

Usher took home a new friend at the Pencils of Promise charity gala on Thursday night.

The 33-year-old R&B singer had the winning bid of $12,000 for a goldendoodle puppy at the event in New York City on October 25. He beat out fellow attendee, "Gossip Girl" actress Jessica Szohr, who bid $11,000.

Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green are taking time off from the NBC singing contest series "The Voice" to pursue other projects and will not serve as coaches on the upcoming fourth season, while Latin pop star Shakira and R&B singer Usher will take their place.

The network announced the news in a statement on Monday, September 17, a week after the premiere of season 3. Remaining coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton will remain through season 4, which is set to premiere in the spring of 2013.

Usher was granted primary custody of his two sons after a lengthy legal battle with ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond.

The 33-year-old R&B singer and Tameka have been involved in a bitter custody dispute over their two sons, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd Ely.

Usher's former stepson Kile Glover, the 11-year-old son of his ex-wife Tameka Foster, has died, according to reports.

Glover died after being taken off life support, People magazine reported on July 21. The magazine's report does not mention the date or time of his death. The 11-year-old had been involved in a Jet Ski accident in Atlanta, Georgia on July 6.

Usher's stepson, the biological son of his ex-wife Tameka Foster, is reportedly in critical condition after a jet ski accident in Atlanta.

The 11-year-old boy, named Kyle Glover, was involved in an accident on Lake Lanier on July 6, according to the local news outlet WXIA. Glover was on an inner tube, along with a 15-year-old girl, which was being pulled by a boat.

Ellen DeGeneres and Helen Mirren were named among the celebrities who will be honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for 2013, the Walk of Fame Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced on Friday in a live press conference.

Stars in the arenas of Motion Pictures, Television, Radio and Recording were selected to receive stars among hundreds of nominations to the committee at a meeting held on June 15 and approved by the Chamber's Board of Directors.

Usher Raymond had a particularly awkward moment in court, when he was accused of sleeping with his ex-wife Tameka Foster's bridesmaid during their marriage.

Foster's lawyer interrogated Usher regarding his claims that his ex-wife hired new nannies for their children, 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd Ely, without consulting him first.

Kenny Chesney, Lady Gaga, Usher and Bono and The Edge rarely play to the same fan base, let alone in the same show, but they have joined forces for former president Bill Clinton's charity concert on October 15.

The event, "A Decade of Difference: A Concert Celebrating 10 Years of the William J. Clinton Foundation," will be held at Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl and will also include performances by Somali rapper K'Naan, Colombian crooner Juanes.
