'Twilight: Breaking Dawn - Part 2,' 'Silver Linings Playbook' reviewed by Mr. Moviefone

11/16/2012 by 'Mr. Moviefone' Russ Leatherman

This week at the movies, there's only one big wide-release, oh and it's big alright. Fans have been camping out all week, because it's the final, final chapter of "The Twilight Saga."

As Bella explores her new powers as a vampire, the Cullen Family learns they are the target of the Volturi. And they must rally the vampires in order to protect Bella and Edward's daughter.

The Reel Deal: Look, these have never been great movies. In fact, most of them haven't even been good, but that doesn't matter to the Twihards who love this franchise, so for them it's great, and for the rest of us, it's over. For that, I'm in.

In limited release this week, a man who has lost everything is determined to get it all back in "Silver Linings Playbook."

After losing his wife, job, house, and doing time in a mental institution, Pat is back living with his parents. And things get even more complicated when he meets a mysterious woman who promises to help him reconnect with his estranged wife. Starring are Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, and Robert De Niro.

The Reel Deal: With excellent performances from the cast and just the right mix of comedy, romance and drama, this playbook is a big winner. I'm in.

Also in limited release is Keira Knightley as Anna Karenina.
