Tracy Morgan was recently rushed to a hospital after collapsing at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah and is being treated for "a combination of exhaustion and altitude," his rep says.

Tracy Morgan underwent a successful kidney transplant recently and will be written out of several episodes of "30 Rock".

"Tracy is doing well and taking some much needed time to recover after the surgery," Morgan's spokesperson told OnTheRedCarpet.com. "He is looking forward to going back to work after the holidays."
