Tina Fey, who wrote the screenplay for the 2004 film "Mean Girls," told E! News at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday, January 27, that she is working on a "Mean Girls" musical.

"30 Rock" has just added another guest star for the show's series finale later this month but this one is not just another celebrity cameo.

The Washington Post reports that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi will appear on the comedy show's final episode on Thursday, January 31. The episode is a special one-hour long episode and was shot in mid-December.

The November 29 episode of "30 Rock" had a special cameo.

Tina Fey's 7-year-old daughter Alice Richmond reportedly played a younger version of Fey's character, Liz Lemon, on an episode of the show on Thursday, according to People magazine. Richmond is seen briefly in a flashback photo as a young Lemon doing her first eye roll at her aunt's wedding. The clip can be seen below.

Tina Fey spoke at Center for Reproductive Rights' Inaugural Gala in New York Wednesday, October 24, and made the crowd laugh by lampooning comments made by Republican Congressman Todd Akin.

"I wish we could have an honest and respectful dialogue about these issues but it seems like we can't right now," Fey said during her speech, which can be viewed below. "And if I have to listen to one more gray-faced man with a $2 haircut explain to me what rape is, I'm going to lose my mind."

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler have signed on to jointly host the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards, which will air on January 13.

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which organizes the annual event, announced the news on Twitter on Tuesday, October 15, saying: "Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will host the 70th Golden Globe Awards on January 13, 2013."

Tina Fey rapped a verse on "Community" star Donald Glover's musical alter ego Childish Gambino's single, "Real Estate."

Childish Gambino released his mixtape "Royalty" on July 4, with a free download on his official website. The mixtape features several guest rappers including Ghostface Killah, RZA, Beck, Danny Brown, Ab-Soul and Schoolboy Q. But it was Tina Fey's contribution that is making headlines.

Muppets Kermit and Miss Piggy and "30 Rock" star Tina Fey will be presenters at the 84th Academy Awards on February 26, the ceremony's producers announced on February 17.

Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, who remain a Hollywood power couple, will be making their fifth appearance at the Academy Awards. They recently appeared in "The Muppets," which is nominated for an Academy Award for Best Song, "Man or Muppet." The song was written by "Flight of the Conchords" star Bret McKenzie and performed by the film's human stars, Jason Segel and Amy Adams.

"30 Rock" is set to return to NBC next month and a trailer for the highly anticipated 6th season hit the Web on Friday.

The teaser revealed a new love interest for Tina Fey's Liz Lemon character, played by "Straw Dogs" star James Marsden.

"Liz is completely re-energized," Fey said in the trailer. "She does have a new love interest. We don't know how I met him but I have a really handsome boyfriend."

The ten women on the list earned a combined total of $94 million. Meanwhile, just the top three highest paid film actresses earned $88 million combined.

Tina Fey, head writer and star of "30 Rock," welcomed her second child, daughter Penelope Athena on Wednesday.

A representative for the 40-year-old actress confirmed the news to People magazine. Fey is also the mother of five-year-old daughter Alice with her husband Jeff Richmond, 50, who works as a composer on "30 Rock."

Condoleezza Rice will appear on a future episode of "30 Rock," Tina Fey revealed at a recent book signing for her new memoir, "Bossypants," reports The Washington Post.

Rice's spokesperson confirmed the appearance to The Wrap, adding that the former Secretary of State had taped her appearance on the show in March.
