The winner of the first season of "The Voice" was revealed in Wednesday night's finale. Was it Javier Colon? Vicci Martinez? Dia Frampton? Or Beverly McClellan? Find out below. SPOILER ALERT!

Javier Colon is the winner of the first season of "The Voice." He was a member of Adam Levine's team. Colon, 33, began writing songs at 13 and his young talent led to a contract with Capitol Records, but it never panned out. He is a husband and father of two.

Dia Frampton came in second place. She was member of Blake's team. The 23-year-old singer-songwriter is from St. George, Utah. Frampton and her sister Meg are the founding members of the rock band Meg & Dia, which was signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007 and released their most recent album "Here, Here and Here" in 2009. The band is currently unsigned after being dropped by the label in 2010.

Votes for the show were tallied four ways: through toll-free phone calls, through online votes at the network's official website, through votes on the NBC Live online and iPad companion viewing app, and purchasing songs on iTunes.

"The Voice" features coaches Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, "Forget You" singer Cee Lo Green and Shelton.

The finale also featured performances by Stevie Nicks, Pat Monahan (lead singer of Train) and Ryan Tedder (lead singer of OneRepublic) and Miranda Lambert. The famous singers were paired with the four remaining finalists on each team. Nicks paired with Colon, while Monahan sang with Martinez. Tedder performed a duet with McClellan and Miranda Lambert (who is married to Blake Shelton) performed with Frampton.

The top 8 finalists from the show are set to head out on a Live Nation-promoted tour. So far the tour has confirmed six shows beginning July 27th at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Tour stops include Las Vegas, New York, Chicago and Boston. Tickets for the tour are currently on sale at Live Nation.

The tour will include Team Aguilera's top two artists, McClellan and runner up Frenchie Davis; Team Shelton's top two, Frampton and runner up Xenia; Team Green's top two, runner up Nakia and Martinez; and Team Levine's top two, runner up Casey Weston and Colon.

The series is hosted by Carson Daly and features the four coaches working through the various phases of the competition with only the most talented vocalists. The show's second season will air mid-season Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.

Mark Burnett, the producer who revolutionized reality television with "Survivor" and "The Apprentice" based the show's format off of "The Voice of Holland," which is the most-watched talent show in Dutch TV history, beating out the Dutch versions of "American Idol" and "The X Factor."
