Brad Womack has narrowed the competition down to three women on "The Bachelor," whose latest episode on Monday was watched by more than 10.3 million viewers.

The show earned a 3.3 rating among viewers aged 18 to 49, winning the time slot for the ABC network, The Hollywood Reporter said. The 15th season premiere of the dating reality show, which aired in January, was watched by 9 million viewers and earned a 2.7 rating.

The three women remaining on the show are Chantal, Emily and Ashley H. On Monday's episode, Womack eliminated contestant Shawntel.

Spoiler alert!

On the next episode of "The Bachelor," the final three women travel to South Africa. He and Chantal will go on a jeep ride through a safari, while he will take Emily on a private elephant ride. Womack and Ashley H. will embark on a helicopter tour and have a picnic on a cliff. Womack will then choose one of the women to accompany him for a night in a "fantasy suite."

Womack, a bar owner from Texas, stirred controversy in 2007 after fans saw him on the season 11 finale rejecting both finalists - Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas.

Womack told reporters in December that his former "Bachelor" experience had a negative effect on his love life.

The next episode of "The Bachelor" is set to air on March 28. During the show, the cast of the next season of "Dancing With the Stars" will be revealed.
