Taylor Swift covers Eminem's 'Lose Yourself' - What do you think? (Video)
Taylor Swift worked up the courage to cover rapper Eminem's epic hit "Lose Yourself" during a recent concert in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The song, which was released in 2002 when Swift was just 12, was released as part of the "8 Mile" soundtrack. It sold over four million copies and went on to win an Academy Award and a Grammy.
In the clip, which can be seen below, 21-year-old Swift also works in a cover of Uncle Kracker's "Smile." Entertainment Weekly notes that Swift has been playing a medley of hit songs by artists from the area on her tour stops.
In Canada the singer reportedly played a medley that included Justin Bieber's "Baby" and Alanis Morrissette's "You Learn."
Eminem spent his teenage years in Detroit, Michigan while Uncle Kracker, whose real name is Matthew Shafer, was raised in Harrison Township, Michigan.
Last month, Swift was forced to reschedule several of her tour dates after she came down with bronchitis.
