Tamera Mowry-Housley due to give birth, with help of coach Tia
Tamera Mowry-Housley is set to give birth to her first child any day now and plans to have her identical twin help her when the big day comes.
"I will be in the room with her coaching her," her sister and frequent co-star Tia Mowry Hardrict, 34, told Us Weekly magazine.
Tamera and her sister rose to fame with the 1990s comedy series "Sister, Sister" and currently appear on the Style network reality show "Tia & Tamera," which chronicled Tia's pregnancy and delivery of son Cree, who was born in June 2011. Tamera married Adam Housley a month earlier and this past April, announced that they were expecting their first child.
"I can now say that I am down to the wire," Tamera said in a blog post published by People magazine last week. "I seriously feel like I have been pregnant forever. Almost 10 months to be exact! Thirty-nine weeks in and no baby yet. 'This has now become a waiting game,' my OB told me."
"Thoughts of excitement, anxiety and exhaustion have truly set in," she added. "Echoes of my husband Adam's voice cheering me on, saying, "You can do it" keep ringing in my ear as I eagerly await my due date (next Tuesday the 30th!).
Tia gave birth to her and husband Cory Hardrict's son via C-section. She told Us Weekly that Tamera will try to deliver her child naturally, but added: "She is my sister and we can't take pain. Pain and us, we just don't mix! She is trying to be brave, which is good & but I don't think she is going to make it."
