Solange Knowles dons short white shirt dress to Beyonce's documentary premiere - Photos

Solange Knowles appeared at the red carpet premiere of her sister Beyonce's HBO documentary "Beyonce: Life Is But a Dream" in New York City on Tuesday wearing a risque short white shirt dress.

Solange paired her outfit with a pair of black ankle strap sandals. The 26-year-old is also a singer and recently released an EP called "True" in November which contained the critically praised single "Losing You."

Beyonce's documentary will premiere on February 16 at 9 p.m. on HBO. According to previous reports, the documentary will be a candid look into Beyonce's life and will feature the singer talking about a miscarriage she had before becoming pregnant with her daughter Blue Ivy and a sonogram of Blue Ivy.

HBO describes the documentary as "a multi-faceted portrait of the 16-time Grammy Award-winning singer, businesswoman, songwriter, actress, entrepreneur, wife and mother, showing off the extraordinary gifts that have made her a global phenomenon, and stripping away the veneer of stardom."

The documentary, which was directed by Beyonce, is said to include first-person footage shot by Beyonce on her laptop as she reflects about her life in the spotlight and becoming a mother. The singer serves as the film's executive producer.
