Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge welcome first child, report says
Sienna Miller and "Pirate Radio" star Tom Sturridge have welcomed their first child together, according to reports.
The private couple has not commented on their new addition or, for the most part, on the pregnancy in general. Miller only spoke of her pregnancy once, to Vogue U.K. in April.
"I'm in my second trimester, so I'm I-can-talk-about-it pregnant, even though I'm under strict instructions not to say anything as it would completely defeat the point of everything I've tried to achieve in the last eight years," Miller told Vogue U.K., referring to Britain's phone-hacking scandal and her testimony in the trials. "I'm feeling fine... It's all progressing nicely and it's very exciting."
According to Us Weekly magazine, the couple announced the pregnancy to friends in London over the holidays and those they told were "not surprised by the news."
The 30-year-old "Factory Girl" actress and Sturridge, 26, had been dating for about a year when the baby news was first reported.
Miller's rep had no immediate comment on the report, while Sturridge's rep said, "We don't comment on our client's personal lives at all."
Sturridge made his big-screen debut opposite Reese Witherspoon in the 2004 film "Vanity Fair." He has since starred in films like "Being Julia," "Like Minds," "Pirate Radio" and "Waiting for Forever."
He will next appear as Carlo Marx in "On The Road" opposite Kristen Stewart, Garrett Hedlund, Kirsten Dunst and Sam Riley, as well as "Effie" as the love interest of Dakota Fanning's character, Effie Gray.
Miller is known for her work in films like "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" and "Alfie," where she met her on-and-off boyfriend "Sherlock Holmes" actor Jude Law. In February 2011, the pair split up for the second time.
Law and Miller were previously engaged in December 2004. In mid-2005, the actor was reported to have had an affair with Daisy Wright, the nanny of his three children, whose mother is Sadie Frost. Law made a public apology, saying he was "deeply ashamed and upset" that he hurt Miller and their families.
The two soon broke up months later and got back together in 2006. The actress said the two were trying to work things out. They then split again and Miller reportedly dated actors such as Rhys Ifans and later, Balthazar Getty, who was married at the time. She and Law had rekindled their romance in 2009.
