Shania Twain's alleged stalker was denied bail on Wednesday and didn't take the ruling lightly, instead lashing out at the courtroom.

"You know you're all very sick, you really are -- it's so sad," Palumbo said. "Have fun, because I'm going to keep having fun, wherever I am... What a bunch of psychopaths. Woo hoo. Shame, shame, shame. Shame on all of you!"

Shania Twain fell down at Wednesday night's CMT Music Awards and said she plans to auction the shoes which caused the embarrassment.

The country singer slipped while making her way to the stage to present the Best Male Video of the Year Award, landing on her knees. Once she got to the stage, Twain laughed off the accident, while the audience applauded.

The 45-year-old Grammy winning country singer is known for songs like "You're Still the One," "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" and "That Don't Impress Me Much." Twain received the 2,442nd star. It is located at 6270 Hollywood Boulevard, in front of the W Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles.

Shania Twain says in her new memoir that she was "ready to die" after finding out her first husband was cheating on her, although he has not confirmed this, and told Ellen DeGeneres that she now finds it easy to talk about the issue.

The 45-year-old country and pop star has been speaking to the press about the matter to promote her new memoir, "From This Moment On." Her new OWN reality series, "Why Not?," which also showcases her struggle and her journey to regain her voice after the scandal, debuted on May 8. The show gave Oprah Winfrey's new cable network its highest premiere ratings.
