Shakira is not returning to "The Voice" next season, according to a recent interview.
When asked if she would be returning for the show's fifth season, the singer reportedly told "Access Hollywood" on May 14, "Not for next season, for sure."
Christina Aguilera will return for season 5 of NBC's "The Voice" as previously planned, a report says, adding that CeeLo Green, another original show coach, is still in negotiations to return to the singing contest series.
An NBC rep had no immediate comment and the two have also not addressed the issue publicly. USA Today, which carried the report, also added that it is unclear what the coach line-up will be like when the show returns this fall.
