08/14/2012 by Corinne Heller

Scotty McCreery, who won season 10 of "American Idol," fell off the stage during a recent concert in New York as seen in online videos, including one that he shared with his fans.

The 18-year-old crooner is the opening act for fellow country star Brad Paisley's North American tour. The concert took place on Friday, August 10 at Bethel Woods Pavillion in Bethel, New York - near where the original Woodstock Music Festival took place in 1969.

McCreery tumbled off stage while singing a cover "T.R.O.U.B.L.E.," a rock n' roll song covered by Elvis Presley in 1975 and also made famous by country singer Travis Tritt in 1992. He got up within seconds and continued his performance.

"Dagum @BradPaisley pranked me again.. he narrowed up the stage on me for my last song," McCreery Tweeted. "#MeetTheCrowdNight #ImOk."

"@BradPaisley didnt really prank me tonight yall!" he later added. "Hahah. i just drifted on off the stage. guess i wouldnt make a good olympic balance beamer..."

A day later, Paisley and McCreery performed in Darien Lake, New York. McCreery Tweeted a photo of himself on stage in front of a crowd, standing on a platform surrounded with orange hazard cones and barricade tape wrapped around them.

"@BradPaisley wanted me to be extra catious tonight!" he Tweeted. "Thanks Brad!"

McCreery later posted a link to a clip of his Friday concert tumble, adding: "If anybody wants a good laugh..." Other fan-made videos of the fall have also surfaced online and have been shared on social networking outlets.

In July, McCreery spoke to OnTheRedCarpet.com about his tour with Paisley, which is set to run through at least October.

"The tour with Brad - he's quite the dude," McCreery said. "And you know, The Band Perry is out with us too, and I'm learning so much, and we're having such a fun time. He's [Paisley] like the big dog, so he's like renting out go-kart tracks for us after the shows, or movie theaters and stuff, so he's all about having a good time for sure."
