Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn's PDA at White House Correspondents' Dinner after-party
Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn were photographed holding hands while leaving the White House Correspondents' Dinner after-party and were reportedly kissing during the dinner in Washington, D.C. on Saturday.
While Johansson, 26, arrived at the event with her brother, Hunter Johansson, she was spotted with Penn, 50, leaving the Vanity Fair/Bloomberg after-party at 2:30 a.m. ET. Witnesses at the Correspondents Dinner said the couple engaged in an "intense" make out session during dinner and Johansson sat in Penn's lap for part of the meal, reports Us Weekly.
"Scarlett was pawing at Sean, holding on to his hip while he was smoking. She gave him a short kiss," a witness told Us Weekly. "But then they took a walk some 30 feet away, broke off from the group and kissed some more."
While the two have not confirmed a relationship, the two actors, who have been spotted together in recent months and both attended actress Reese Witherspoon's wedding in late March, are reportedly living together.
Spokespeople for the two had no immediate comment on the report. In February, a rep for Johansson denied the two were dating.
Johansson had recently resided at a West Hollywood hotel, Us Weekly said. Ryan Reynolds, her husband of two years, filed for divorce in December 2010. They have no children.
Penn became officially divorced from Robin Wright, his wife of 14 years in July 2010. The two have a 20-year-old daughter, Dylan, and a 17-year-old son, Hopper.
Johansson and Penn were photographed together again recently, this time jogging with actor Owen Wilson near Penn's Malibu home. The pictures, published on ABCNews.com, depicted Johansson sporting a bulge around her stomach area, spurring pregnancy rumors. Her spokesperson denied the actress is expecting a baby.
