Ryan Reynolds and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley hook up for Marks & Spencer campaign
Ryan Reynolds has ventured into modeling, hooking up with "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for British retailer Marks & Spencer.
Reynolds, 34, said he was thrilled to be a part of the campaign for the company's Autograph line, having grown up with the M&S brand in his native Canada.
"Going into an M&S store with my family or friends always gives me a beautiful pang of nostalgia," Reynolds said in a statement, English newspaper the Daily Mail reports. "The Autograph collection is a modern take on the classic style I love and feel most comfortable wearing. The pieces in this collection are lasting staples that'll never go out of style."
Huntington-Whiteley, 24, an English former Victoria's Secret model who has done campaigns for designers like Burberry was also excited for the campaign, which was shot photographer Greg Williams at the St. Pancras Grand in London.
"I feel proud to be associated with a British high street favorite that holds fond memories for so many people," she said.
"Rosie and Ryan are the perfect fit for Autograph - beautiful, exclusive and absolutely contemporary," Steve Sharp, M&S Executive Director said in a press release. "On set, they worked together to deliver a mesmerizing performance which allowed us to capture shots that literally sizzle with excitement and an air of mystery."
Marks & Spencer's Autograph collection is available in stores and on their website, which does ship internationally from September 1.
Though the pair look stunning together, there was no risk of relationship rumors as Huntington-Whiteley is dating 43-year-old "The Transporter" actor Jason Stratham.
Meanwhile, Reynolds' close friendship with his "Proposal" co-star Sandra Bullock has sparked relationship rumors again. The two spent a weekend in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where Bullock's family has a home.
In January, Bullock and Reynolds rang in 2011 together in Texas, but spokespeople for both stars denied the two were romantically involved.
"I think there'll be a collective sigh amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lovah, he's just an amazing friend I've had for 10 years," Bullock told NBC's Al Roker at the time at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards in a segment that aired on the "Today" show. "I don't get his loving after dark."
Bullock also said Louis, who she adopted last year before she divorced Jesse James, was the only man in her life at that moment, adding: "That's all I can handle."
Reynolds had himself recently finalized his divorce from actress Scarlett Johansson.
