Ryan Lochte, Olympic swimmer, to guest star on '30 Rock'
Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte has filmed a cameo for the upcoming final season of Tina Fey's NBC series, "30 Rock," the network confirmed on September 6.
"It was a long morning. We did a lot of takes, but, you know what, it was fun," Lochte told E! News on September 6. "Being with Alec Baldwin on set... he's a great guy. Great actor. I enjoyed it. I had so much fun. And I can't really tell you what it was about, but it was outrageous."
Lochte is currently covering New York Fashion Week for E! News, as an on-camera correspondent.
The 28-year-old rose to fame after competing in the 2012 Summer Olympics and winning five medals. During his swimming career, Lochte has won eleven Olympic medals - five gold, three silver and three bronze medals.
During the Olympics, Lochte expressed interest in becoming the next contestant on ABC's dating reality series, "The Bachelor." He also said that he would like to appear on ABC's "Dancing With The Stars."
Lochte also recently filmed a walk-on role for the CW series "90210."
"30 Rock" will return for its seventh and final season on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
