Russell Brand wants to tuck Helen Mirren in bed
Russell Brand had nothing but naughty things to say about Helen Mirren when asked about their new movie, "Arthur."
"If it were up to me, I would spend my whole life on a movie set with Helen Mirren," the British comedian and actor told OnTheRedCarpet.com.
"Then I'd drive her home, then I'd tuck her into bed, then I'd hop into the bed afterwards having done footsteps out the doors, if I was leaving, then I'd just sort of lay there, next to her, occasionally, head beneath the blanket, heart full of love," he added.
In "Arthur," a remake of a 1981 movie, Brand, 35, plays a playboy who aims to marry an heiress, portrayed by Jennifer Garner, so he can inherit a fortune. Mirren, a 65-year-old Oscar-winning British actress, plays his nanny.
The film, which was released on Friday, April 8, also stars Greta Gerwig as a working class girl who captures the interest of Brand's character.
Gerwig, a relative newcomer to the on-screen acting world, told OnTheRedCarpet.com that Garner gave her some advice about posing on the red carpet.
Brand, the husband of pop star Katy Perry, is also known for comedy films such as "Get Him To the Greek" and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall."
