Rosie O'Donnell and her wife, Michelle Rounds, have adopted a baby girl named Dakota, about seven months after they wed.

The couple's new daughter, who is O'Donnell's fifth child, was born on January 5 and weighed 5 pounds and 5 ounces, O'Donnell's spokesperson told OTRC.com on Wednesday, adding that the "moms and baby are happy and healthy."
