Rihanna is set to debut her first fragrance, "Reb'l Fleur," next month.

The R&B and pop star's scent combined the scents of tuberose, violet, hibiscus, coconut, vanilla, patchouli and amber and was created by Caroline Sabas and Marypierre Julien of Givaudan.

Bottles of Eau de Parfum Spray and body lotion at department stores are set to be sold nationwide, beginning in February. They retail from $30 to $59.

"My grandmother in Barbados used to call me her Rebel Flower," People magazine quoted Rihanna as saying. "Over the years, I layered many different scents to get something that was truly my own. But I wanted ... something that said 'Rihanna was here.'"

Her scent's manufacturer, Parlux, also offers fragrances endorsed by Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson and Queen Latifah.

Last summer, Rihanna got a tattoo that reads "Rebelle Fleur" on her neck and was criticized by many who said the phrase does not translate correctly in French.

OK! magazine quoted her as telling her tattoo artist Keith "Bang Bang" McCurdy in a text message: "''Rebelle fleur' translates to rebel flower, NOT rebellious flower, its 2 nouns so in that case fleur does not HAVE to be first! Fyi, cuz they will ask."
