Rihanna might be collaborating with ex Chris Brown in the studio, but despite rumors of a reunion, the 24-year-old singer is still very much single and not happy about it.

"Single life is so overrated," Rihanna said on Britain's "The Jonathan Ross Show.". "It sucks. I have such incredible experiences in my life. You don't want to live your life and then meet someone. You want to share your life with someone. That's what I'm missing right now."

Rihanna told host Jonathan Ross that she's not actively looking for a new boyfriend, but would love to date someone who is "cool, fun and funny." The singer talked about the single life in November as well, admitting on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" that she is not happy about being alone.

"I'm not dating at all... I'm not necessarily happy being single. It's not really that cool. It sucks, but it is what it is," Rihanna told Ellen DeGeneres. "My personal life is pretty much non-existent, which is not good, not for the long run. Not for me, not for [my vagina]. It's not fun... That's why I stay on Twitter a lot, so I can [talk] with my fans... Because I don't get any booty calls."

Last week, the former couple released two songs which feature guest vocals from one another. Rihanna recorded a remix of her song "Birthday Cake" featuring Brown that includes sexually charged lyrics. Brown also recorded a remix of his song "Turn Up the Music" which features Rihanna. It is unclear if the two were in the same studio when recording the new tracks.

Brown assaulted Rihanna, who was his girlfriend at the time, after a pre-Grammy Awards party in 2009. He pleaded guilty to a felony charge was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service and was ordered by the courts to receive domestic violence courses for a year.

The singer has been romantically linked to her "We Found Love" co-star, British model and boxer Dudley O'Shaughnessy and Los Angeles Dogders baseball player Matt Kemp and Drake since her split from Chris Brown.

Rihanna's 6th studio album, "Talk That Talk" was released on November 21. The album is a follow-up to the singer's 2010 album "Loud." The music video for the album's lead single, "We Found Love" was unveiled in October.

Rihanna told Ross that she was stalking six-time Grammy winner Adele at the recent Brit Awards, but had to stop listening to the British singer's latest album because it made her depressed.

"I love her, I'm a big fan." Rihanna told Ross. "Her last album, 21, spoke to me so much. It was so personal to her, but I feel like everyone in the world identified with it, to the point that I had to stop listening because it was depressing me so much. If you identify with it, sometimes you don't want to hear about it."
