Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson to present at the Academy of Country Music Awards
"Water For Elephants" co-stars Reese Witherspoon and Robert Pattinson will hit the stage at the Academy of Country Music Awards on April 3 to present.
According to People, the actors will join a lineup of presenters that include Ryan Seacrest and Nancy O'Dell.
The show will be hosted by Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton and will feature performances by Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride and the Zac Brown Band with James Taylor.
In "Water For Elephants," which is based on a novel by Sara Gruen, Pattinson plays a young man named Jacob Jankowski who was studying to be a veterinarian, but drops out of school and joins the circus to take care of the animals. He falls in love with Witherspoon's character, an equestrian star in the circus named Marlena Rosenbluth, who is married to the abusive animal trainer August Rosenbluth. The film is set for release on April 15, 2011.
The awards show is set to air on April 3 on CBS at 8 p.m.
