Photographer killed trying to snap pictures of Justin Bieber's Ferrari

A photographer was struck by a vehicle and killed while attempting to take pictures of Justin Bieber's Ferrari.

The accident occurred near Sepulveda Boulevard and Getty Center Drive.

The photographer saw the Ferrari pulled over on the 405 Freeway and ran across Sepulveda Blvd. to take pictures. He then ran back across Sepulveda, where he was struck and killed, according to the LAPD Traffic Division.

Bieber was reportedly not in the Ferrari. A friend of Bieber's was reportedly driving the Ferrari, which was pulled over for speeding by a CHP unit on the 405.

The incident happened at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.

UPDATE on January 2: Justin Bieber has issued a statement about the incident, while Miley Cyrus has slammed the paparazzi.
